Great fit

  • You want your own ordering site and customer data-not only third-party marketplaces.
  • Collection and/or delivery is core (walk-ins? same till and kitchen interfaces-Professional adds booking, floor/QR, rotas, and events if you grow dine-in).
  • You’re fine with a till on Windows or Linux and kitchen, bar, driver in the browser-no separate POS licence (you choose hardware).

  • Time slots and zones (postcode or mileage) per branch.
  • Fees and rules you control; turn channels on or off anytime.

Kitchen, till & payment

  • Cashier, kitchen, bar, and driver each get a live web screen under /staff (separate from your CMS / management back office)-same orders as your site, with live polling so queues update without refresh.
  • Card and cash at the till; online card and pay-by-link via your connected payment provider.
  • An operations activity log gives cashiers and managers one timeline of order events; Orders → Staff activity log in your admin (CMS) adds filters and audit-style review. No separate POS licence from us.

One system

  • One CMS for menu, branches, clients, discounts, and reporting.

Managed infrastructure

  • Hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and security updates-we patch and maintain the VoiceMenu-managed stack you run on.
  • The £95/mo infrastructure component is already included in the headline monthly figures on this page and in your quote.

Core onboarding

  • Getting you configured for web ordering and your till setup, including one recorded 1.5h Zoom handover.

After you go live

  • One calendar month ProCare trial from go-live.
  • If you do not continue with paid ProCare: standard support by email, with a first response within 3 working days.
  • Fixing faults in your VoiceMenu instance remains part of what we provide as standard.

Optional add-ons

  • ProCare Faster, deeper ongoing help after the trial-available as a paid add-on.
  • Voice AI Optional on either tier. Priced separately-ask us for the current platform fee and usage options.

Features in depth

Lite and Professional each include one trading site in the base price. Each extra site is typically £89/month (ex VAT) unless you have a custom Enterprise agreement that says otherwise.
An optional AI assistant that answers your phone: orders, common questions, payment links where you use them. It can recognise repeat callers and save new customers for next time, depending on your settings. The platform fee is £149/month (ex VAT) plus call minutes (bundle or pay-as-you-go)-we’ll confirm current rates in your quote.
Most venues use the website, which works well on phones-no app download needed. A branded iPhone and Android app is optional if you want App Store / Play presence; we quote that separately.
Usually QR codes-each staff member scans their own code so no one shares passwords on shared screens. You manage codes in your admin.
No. Customers order in the web browser on your website-on a phone, tablet, or computer.
Yes. Delivery and collection are built in from day one. Time slots, postcode or mileage-based areas, delivery cost by zone. You keep 100% of orders-no aggregator cut.

Choose Enterprise when you run several venues and need centralised control and aligned menus and data across the group-not only extra branches on Lite or Professional. Hosting

We provision your managed instance (dedicated environment): application stack, patching on the VoiceMenu-managed layer, and uptime monitoring-per our service boundaries.

Domain & SSL

Your domain stays registered with you. We issue SSL and coordinate DNS so traffic reaches your VoiceMenu instance securely.

Email

You connect a business email-sending service (we recommend SendGrid for deliverability). Order updates and operational mail use it. Optional professional setup is a billable onboarding line if you prefer us to wire DNS and hand over.

Test domain (preview)

We deploy to a technical preview URL first so you can test the site, checkout, and staff screens without touching your live domain. When you are ready, production is pointed at your real domain.

Content, keys & training

Menus, branches, connecting your card payment provider (merchant account in your name), staff logins-you complete in the CMS or via purchased setup lines. Included Zoom handover per service boundaries.

Go-live & backups

Final checks and cutover. Automated daily backups and monitoring are included in managed infrastructure so your data and system are protected.
