Common questions
Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery and collection are built into the platform - mileage-based delivery areas (by distance), time slots, and fees. You keep 100% of orders, no aggregator cut.
Is there an app for customers or staff?
Every plan includes the staff app for orders, kitchen view and shifts. Customers order from your own website - no app download needed.
Can we send invoices to customers?
Yes. Generate invoices, apply discounts, tax and fees, and take prepayment through Stripe or Revolut and payment links.
What is Voice AI?
An AI phone agent that speaks like a human, answers menu and opening-hours enquiries, books tables and takes orders. An optional add-on on either tier - £149/month ex VAT plus call minutes.
What is AI Growth, and is the AI automatic?
AI Growth is the built-in AI layer - an £89/month add-on with a monthly business report on how to make more, plus marketing that proposes the best moves to win customers back. It is never automatic: the AI proposes, you approve every message, and approved sends go by email today (SMS and WhatsApp rolling out). The in-app AI help assistant is included on every plan.
Do we need a separate POS or till?
No - and it is one of the biggest savings. A traditional POS means per-till licences, locked-in hardware and contracts. With VoiceMenu there is no per-till licence and no proprietary terminals - you use affordable, off-the-shelf hardware. Your till runs on a computer (a touchscreen mini-PC, or a laptop) with your own receipt printer and cash drawer; kitchen, bar and driver screens run in any browser on phones, tablets or computers. Card and cash both work, and because it is the same system as your website and orders, nothing is entered twice.
Is hosting included?
Yes - managed hosting (VPS + SSL), automated backups and SEO optimisation are built into your subscription.
