Who we are & how we work

We are a UK hospitality technology partner based in Belfast. VoiceMenu is our managed product—one web application, clear Lite and Professional tiers, and tailored support so you are not left on a self-serve help desk.

What we’re about

We sit in the same world as managed hospitality technology partners: implementation matters, relationships matter, and your digital stack should protect margin—not create another admin job.

We are not a generic “build anything” agency selling one-off sites. VoiceMenu is one product: a Laravel application we host and maintain for you, with a single data model from menu and orders through staff screens and reporting. Custom work and integrations exist, but the core is this managed platform—so you get real depth in one coherent system, instead of juggling separate products that were never designed to work as one.

That means white-glove onboarding, a real conversation when something breaks, and pricing we put in writing—not anonymous DIY SaaS where you are expected to figure out everything alone.

Who we work best with

High-volume independents and small groups who care about reliability, direct revenue, and support that picks up the phone (or ticket) when service is on the line. If your priority is the cheapest monthly login with no onboarding, we are probably not the right fit.

How we work with you

  1. Discovery — we understand how you trade, your volumes, and what must not break at Friday peak.
  2. Scope and quote — tier, branches, add-ons, and go-live expectations in writing (no surprise invoices).
  3. Onboarding — we configure your instance, migrate or build menu content with you, and train staff on the live stack.
  4. Go-live — cut over with support windows that match how you operate.
  5. Ongoing — managed hosting, updates, and support paths (including optional ProCare)—not “here is a wiki good luck.”

Contrast that with pure self-serve SaaS: we deliberately trade a higher-touch model for outcomes you can run a service business on.

What VoiceMenu is

A single web application: public site and checkout, customer accounts, browser-based till and role-based staff screens (kitchen, bar, floor, delivery), operator admin and reporting—and optional Voice AI on the same menu, orders, clients, and payments stack (an add-on, not a separate product bolted on the side). Lite and Professional package different operational depth; Enterprise is quoted for groups.

  • One source of truth — menu, orders, clients, and staff workflows share one system.
  • Your customer relationship — direct ordering and your brand; we do not take a cut of your own-site orders.
  • Transparent commercial model — subscription, infrastructure, and add-ons are spelled out before you commit.
